How do I get started on a project?

The best way to start is by filling out the appropriate Intake Form. This gives us the details we need to understand your goals, scope, timeline, and budget before we take the next steps.

Do I need plans or drawings before reaching out?

No - however, if your project requires blueprints, we will not be able to provide a detailed estimate without sealed plans from your respective county/city.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes, we give rough quotes based on information provided by the client. This includes, but is not limited to: photos/plans, scope of work, age of the property, structural considerations, logistics, etc. Does not include a site visit.

Do you offer free site visits (residential clients)?

No. For a team member to visit your property and conduct a site visit, we require a retainer based on the estimated project total - this amount will then be credited towards the project total if you decide to move forward with us!

What types of projects do you take on?

We specialize in residential and commercial renovations/remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, full home renovations, additions, exterior projects, commercial uplifts/retrofits, and much more. Explore some examples clicking the link below!Our Work

How much will my project cost?

Project costs vary widely depending on, but not limited to, the following factors: scope, existing site conditions, materials, market volatility*, etc. After reviewing your initial intake form, we can provide guidance and outline realistic budget ranges.*Please note: due to volatile market fluctuations, estimated numbers from initial date will need to be revisited & updated if the project is delayed to a later start date.

What forms of payment do you offer/accept?

We accept credit, debit, and additionally offer financing options.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the greater Charlotte region in North Carolina and surrounding areas. However, we have served regions in South Carolina and Georgia. If you're unsure whether your project falls within our service area, feel free to reach out!

Do you offer warranties?

Yes! We stand behind our work and provide warranty coverage for our labor. Specific details will be outlined based on your project.
